In Loving Memory of Our Fallen Brother, Ryan Dintleman

On July 31st and August 1st, we aren't just lighting grills—we're honoring a brother. We are hosting the Ryan Dintleman Classic BBQ Competition, a professional regional competition sanctioned and judged by the St. Louis Barbecue Society (SLBS).
This isn't a backyard cookout; it's a high-stakes showdown. SLBS-certified judges will be scoring the region's best pitmasters on the "Holy Trinity" of BBQ: Appearance, Taste, and Tenderness
We are doing this to celebrate Ryan Dintleman, a powerhouse journeyman wireman and a brother to the core. Ryan lost his life while doing what he did best, helping a friend with a home project.
To honor his legacy of service, this IBEW/NECA collaboration will benefit:
